Kyle Pearce

Kyle Pearce has spent over a decade doing growth marketing and designing customer journeys for online education businesses and venture capital-backed startups.

While working on the marketing launch and onboarding journey of a fitness app called Fitplan, he became interested in how User Experience Design practices make habit-forming products.

Seeing how addictive apps are increasingly taking over our lives, he got interested in how these behavioural design practices could be used to counter digital distractions and help people free their minds and their time to do more of what makes them come alive.

This led him to develop Flow Experience Design, a mindful productivity system based around our intrinsic drives for autonomy, mastery, purpose and belonging.
