Replace Mindless Scrolling With Reading Books
I used to spend a lot of time scrolling on my smartphone, some days I'd clock in 6-7 hours.
Then I read the book Atomic Habits by James Clear and I applied his simple 4-part framework specifically to break this mindless habit and replace the habit of reading a book a week instead.
The result was life-changing, it became much easier to focus at work, I felt more inspired by the interesting books I read and my business grew a lot faster because I felt much more in control of my time, energy and attention.
In this online workshop, I'm going to guide you through the process I followed to break the habit of mindless scrolling and build the mindful habit of reading a book a week.
You'll learn how to take an hour of shallow learning from click bait on your social media feed to repurpose that time for deep learning by reading books that inspire you and make you smarter.
