One of the biggest causes of anxiety and low energy is shallow breathing. We are under so much stress from the overstimulation and information overload of our environment today that we end up breathing shallow and unnaturally.
The best way to combat this shallow breathing is by learning breathwork techniques to retrain your breathing patterns and learn how to breathe into stress, anxiety and trauma so you can feel it without resistance and let it go.
This Flow State Breathwork workshop will show you how to release pent up stress and trauma so you can allow your mind and body to more deeply recover from the many stresses of modern life.
You will learn the 4-part Flow Cycle for achieving flow states that was developed by positive psychology pioneer Mihaly Csikszentmihaly through 4 decades of studying the mindset, habits, and rituals of the world's highest-performing and most fulfilled individuals.
This cycle helps you breathe into tension and anxiety so you can release it and enter states of focused immersion known as flow states.
About The Instructor

Kyle Pearce is from Vancouver, British Columbia and has been designing and leading experiential learning adventures through Animist Ecology since 2015.
Kyle studied ancient and modern history at the University of Victoria and has spent the last decade traveling the world studying ancient civilizations, regenerative ecology and meditation practices.
For the last 7 years, he has run an online learning website called DIY Genius helping people become self-directed learners and educate themselves using the Internet.

How this breathwork online workshop will flow
The online workshop starts with a crash course on Flow Psychology for understanding the structural pre-conditions or "flow triggers" necessary to release from conditioned patterns of thinking and enter into a state of flow.
Then you will learn a helpful embodied movement practice that moves energy out of the lower chakras where it manifests as negative emotions like sluggishness, apathy and lust into the higher chakras where it can be used proactively to heal, grow and create.
Following this, you will experience a 1-hour breathwork session lying down and listening to music so you can relax deeply and let go of the stress and tension you are holding in your body.
